The Mental Health Counseling Center is a therapeutic center licensed by the State of New York servicing adults, children and families. The Counseling Center treats an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, bereavement, and phobias. 

 The Counseling Center provides services for children ages 5 and up. Our therapists use play therapy to work with issues such as ADHD, OCD, socialization and relationship issues.

The Counseling Center provides couples therapy as well as dealing with parenting issues.

Family therapy can be an important part of helping families sort out relationships.

We also have expertise dealing with Seniors.

Confidentiality is of the upmost importance at the Counseling Center!

The staff works from a strengths perspective which recognizes and maximizes the potential of each client while addressing  the specific issue at hand. The Center consists of  psychiatrists and therapists. In addition the staff is fluent in English, Arabic, French, Hebrew and Spanish. The staff is trained and licensed, and is culturally sensitive to our community.

The Counseling Center accepts most health insurances such as Aetna, Affinity, Americhoice, GHI, Health First, Healthnet, HIP, Magnacare, Medicaid, Oxford, United Behaviorial Insurances, and United Health Care.

 For individuals with no insurance, it offers a sliding scale.                     

The Counseling Center's hours are Monday - Thursday 9AM - 9PM, and Friday 9AM - 1PM
