SBH determines the community member's potential to obtain government entitlements. The entitlements are Medicare, Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Healthy New York, Home care, Rehabilitation, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Food Stamps, EPIC, WIC, HEAP, SSI, Social Security, Legal Aid, Public Assistance, Section 8, SCRIE and DRIE.
SBH advocates to ensure the community member receives the entitlements to which he/she is entitled.
SBH secures over 4.2 million dollars annually in government entitlements for our community members.
