Our clients meet with social workers and trained community volunteers.The social worker/ volunteer team works with the individual or family to develop a plan which includes both short-term and long-term solutions. Whether big issues or small issues our team is sensitive to our community's uniqueness. 

The plan takes into consideration earning potential, job assessment, government entitlements and a range of therapeutic services.The team comes up with creative solutions to work toward the client becoming independent.
