Dear Friends,

We've been working on a project to help feed 92 families who are struggling to put food on their tables in our community and I want to share this incredible feeling of helping people with my friends! These are mainstream families who are having trouble. Some men were laid off and are looking for work, another’s house caught fire, a widow is having a hard time ... the list goes on. We can help them - and have fun doing it !

Seven of the community’s most fabulous cooks will be giving "hands-on" cooking classes. For a $36 donation/entrance fee, you too can learn how to make a great new dish. You will be assembling the delicious meal and all proceeds, including the food you make, will go to these families in need. Giving them food alleviates so much pressure and their kids can have well balanced meals instead of cans of tuna or box es of pasta every night.

Last month alone we fed over 580 children. Let’s help each other! That’s what makes our community so great.
